Do you do brain training?
The brain reaches its peak in our 20s and 30s and then begins to shrink with age, causing a decrease in nerve cells and a decline in processing ability (aging).
Nowadays, there are many apps available that allow you to train your brain.
However, if you get tired of using or looking at your smartphone or computer,
Do you ever feel that way?
I personally work long hours at VDT.
(Information processing and video display work using display devices such as PC and smartphone screens and input devices such as keyboards)
I often spend my time on my laptop, so I bought a coloring book to do some digital detox and brain training at the same time.
I purchased it!
*What is digital detox?
Activities that involve intentionally distancing yourself from digital devices such as smartphones, PCs, and social media for a certain period of time to give your brain a break from information overload.
I bought a coloring book of my favorite cat.
Just paint the designated numbers to create a beautiful and cute picture.
Coloring books are said to be the best way to train your brain.
Stress relief
Relaxation effect (regulation of autonomic nervous system, meditative effect)
Brain activation (improving concentration and thinking ability, preventing dementia)
Hand and finger rehabilitation
Unleash your creativity
These effects can be expected.
The act of coloring without thinking about anything calms the mind, and completing a painting gives you a sense of accomplishment.
Just the act of coloring activates the brain and improves blood flow!
It's an easy and perfect brain training exercise.
